LAMINATIon PRICES

You will find down below the prices of our hot glossy printed laminated clear sheets (thickness 175 microns called encapsulation) under the following formats A5, A4, A3. The size of these sheets is predetermined by the manufacturer, please adjust your PDF files. Your file will be printed on a 160gsm silk paper and then laminated at very high temperature. This printed document will be then totally protected from the outside (pollution, water...).

If you want to protect menus for a restaurant (for example) and you need a fold in the paper, please be aware that this technique is not appropriate because the crease (where the fold is) will damage the glue inside the laminated sheet and the result - after a while - will not be satisfying. We encourage you to contact our main office and choose a glossy or matt film coating technique (which is way less expensive on big printed quantities), a Robuskin polyester or for a short term use, a Fiberskin waterproof paper, don't hesitate to contact us about these alternatives. 

• The clear laminated sheets are 175 microns thick and have a few millimeters edge which allows a complete sealing of your printed support. You cannot get rid of this edge otherwise the document won't be waterproof anymore. The final support is extremely rigid. The price is for printing on a white background. We can print on larger sheets and cut each edge to have your image on the edge but you need to pay a little extra, please ask us. 

• However we can cut the 4 edges if you printed document is not A4 size (but smaller). This will be extra billed (ask for a quote) and your document will loose its protection. We suggest to opt for the glossy or matt film coating technique which is much cheaper on bigger quantities.

• A4 hot laminated sheets are very common for menus in restaurants, small posters or training or technical sheets for teams.

• A5 hot laminated sheets are very common for printing brunch menu, breakfast menu or dessert menu in restaurants as well as printing wine list or cocktail list.  It is also very used in technical or training sheets of people with products or services explained. You can bind several sheets together with a wire'o binding (see prices). You can also perforate them on a corner and bind them with a small string or a metal ring. Be careful, by perforating them, it will loose its perfect protection to water for example. 

If your have a bigger size document to protect, please read the following : we can encapsulate until 97cm wide. You can order or our main office website a poster and add a hot glossy or matt laminating to it (use filters). 

However we can print on various other supports which are meant to be used outdoors with high quality eco inks (3 years warranty).
